Just found this on the Automattic web site (Automattic is closely tied to Wordpress) it is for a job opening called “Happiness Engineer”, which is basically tech support. When I worked in tech support, we always talked about how much better every company would be if employees had to work tech support before they went on to their ‘real’ job. Nice to see someone is actually doing it!
